How do my students register with the site?
Students register for Apps 4 EFL on their own devices by accessing the registration page. They need to enter the following information: first name, family name, e-mail address, and password. All information must be entered using the English alphabet.
How do I create classes?
Once you have registered and logged in as a teacher, you can create classes for your students to join. Click the "Create class" panel, enter a class name and a class password, then click "Create". Class names must contain only English letters and numbers. The password is to be shared with the students, so you should not enter a password that you use for any other purpose. Once you have created a class, it will appear in the "Manage classes" panel.
How do students join classes?
Once you have created a class, instruct your students join the class by clicking on their name in the top right corner of the site, then clicking "Classes". Students should first select your name from the teacher list (ordered alphabetically by surname) and then select your class from the list of your available classes. Finally, they must enter the class password, which you must provide to them.
How do I monitor student progress?
You can monitor the progress of students in any of your classes. Click on your name in the top right corner of the site, then select "Classes", and scroll down to the "Manage classes" panel. Click the dropdown menu for the desired class and then click "View progress" to view high scores for the class, or click the dropdown menu for the desired student and click "View progress" to view detailed progress information for the student.
